The oldest home in Houston has been around for 170 years, and in that time, it’s seen more change than its original builder could ever have dreamed of. When we develop a project, we want it to last long after we’re gone, making memories for every family that calls it home. That’s why we go the extra mile to make sure that not only is our client happy, but that their neighbors are, too. Through the Design/Build process, we routinely host open houses for the community to come see what we’re building; hold focus groups with area realtors to gauge interest and gather market input; and work closely with city planners to determine the best way to develop the land we have purchased. When building a custom home, our clients gain access to all of our knowledge and experience we have gained from building in Houston so that their home will maintain high market value as well as fulfill your vision. And when we are hired to develop a community, our investors gain our “highest and best use” experience and insight for developing their land.
