The Davis Group has built all over the Houston area, and each community comes with different tastes and building challenges. So when we decide to build a home or develop a neighborhood ourselves, we want to build something that will be welcomed by its future neighbors and will enhance the community for decades to come.

If the land needs developing or redeveloping, we work closely with city officials to create or improve infrastructure that supports the project. As our Design/Build process plays out, we invite area residents and realtors to look at what we’re building and give their thoughts about its addition to the community. We then meet with homeowners’ associations to examine deed restrictions and work to meet the rules the communities live by.

We want our homes to be well-loved by our neighbors as well as our buyers. The highest compliment we can receive from the community is that our homes look like they’ve been a part of the neighborhood forever.
